California thrashers Suicidal Tendencies have a lot on their plate right now! Mike Muir aka Cyco Miko (as he’s known on his solo albums) and company will release STill Cyco Punk After All These Years on Friday, Sept. 7, and they will play an anniversary show at 9:30 Club on the very next day! On Sept. 8, Suicidal Tendencies will perform their self-titled debut album in full during their show at 9:30 Club.

STill Cyco Punk After All These Years is a re-recording and re-imagining of a Cyco Miko solo album recorded in 1995, originally titled Lost my Brain! (Once Again). So Suicidal Tendencies will have a freshly minted new album in your hands and their original Suicidal Tendencies album in your ears!

Watch Alan Pirie make a time-lapsed painting of Suicidal Tendencies art while listening to “It’s Always Something” from the upcoming album on YouTube:

Mike, guitarist Dean Pleasants, drummer Dave Lombardo, and bassist Ra Diaz also have teamed up with Converse for a line of apparel, featuring traditional “Chucks” emblazoned with images in homage to a new era of punk rockers as well as the old Suicidal Tendencies fans. These guys have been busy!

On tour the band are joined by former The Dillinger Escape Plan guitarist Ben Weinman, filling in for guitarist Jeff Pogan, who recently left the band.
