In 2023, Low Cut Connie released a studio album, Art Dealers, which the band followed with a concert film of the same name in October.
Low Cut Connie then hit the road, and the band recently performed at Rams Head on Stage. Steve Satzberg was there to photograph the show!

On Dec. 28, Low Cut Connie presented songs from across the band’s career at Rams Head on Stage, choosing a few songs from debut album Get Out the Lotion (2011) but also several from the popular Dirty Pictures (Part 1) (2017) and Dirty Pictures (Part 2) (2018), including “All This Kids Are Way Too High” to open the show.
Frontman Adam Weiner and company put the spotlight on Private Lives (2020), playing “Help Me” and “Charyse” early in the show and “Stay as Long as You Like” later.
Regarding Art Dealers, No Depression proclaimed ““Experiencing Weiner in his element, whether on the new record ART DEALERS, its accompanying film, or live, is a gift of melody, messages, and community.”
Earlier this year, Low Cut Connie released a reimagined version of the album’s single “ARE YOU GONNA RUN?” that was remixed by Little Steven and adds his signature lead guitar and backing vocals.

Low Cut Connie began with 2011’s casually tossed-off Get Out the Lotion record, featuring songs by New Jersey-born Weiner and British songwriter Dan Finnemore, both collaborating with producer / guitarist Neil Duncan.
By Spring 2016, with Finnemore recently out of the band and no other original members, Weiner had assembled a tough young crew of degenerates, all living and rehearsing in Philadelphia. James Everhart (lead guitar), Will Donnelly (rhythm guitar), Larry Scotton (drums) and Lucas Rinz (bass) made up a heavier sound that Weiner describes as “a new boogie for all mankind.”
