New York City noise rocker Kim Gordon, formerly of Sonic Youth, dropped by 9:30 Club recently for a showing of songs from her debut solo album. Ben Eisendrath was there to get some photos!
In 2019, Kim released No Home Record, her first solo record. The nine-track album, released by Matador Records, constituted most of Kim’s setlist at 9:30 Club on March 15. Since the release of the record, Kim issued a single, “Grass Jeans,” which she recorded in support of the abortion nonprofit Fund Texas Choice.
