A native of Arizona where she honed her craft in the Phoenix musical theater scene, Sidney now resides in Brooklyn, where she is crafting her own genre of pop that blends western influences with east coast-inspired alt-pop production. She calls it Cactus Pop: fun, western, and cinematic.
Sidney’s latest single, “Biters,” offers pure cinematic excellence. The song revolves around pretentious young men in upper-class circles who display immaturity and chauvinism. The comedic music video, shot in Palm Springs, depicts the narrative of a housewife and her pool boy. Sidney showcases her exceptional talents with humorous charm and elegance.
