Jazz bass great Marcus Miller recently dropped by Rams Head on Stage, where he showcased a few tunes that he wrote for Miles Davis in the 1980s!

At Rams Head on Stage on August 24, Marcus Miller and his band performed songs including “Tutu” and Mr. Pastorious,” songs from the acclaimed albums Tutu (1986) and Amandla (1989) for which Miller had primary songwriting duties.

In the middle of the show, guest vocalist Larry Braggs joined Marcus Miller and his band for a few covers of songs by Al Green — “Let’s Stay Together” and “Love & Happiness.
