It’s the Annual Pie Party, and you’re invited! That’s right — ska collective The Pietasters take over 9:30 Club once a year, and this year, Stephen Jackson and company throw a big ol’ party on Saturday, Dec. 28. You can win tickets to go with Parklife DC.
The Pietasters released All Day, their last full-length studio album in 2007, but as Steve told Parklife DC, the band has written plenty of material! Perhaps we will hear some new songs at the 9:30 Club? “We’ve got a ton of new stuff,” Steve said.
Either way, with songs on tap from “Out All Night” and “Girl Take It Easy” to “Maggie Mae” and “Same Old Song,” there are plenty of good tunes to be had.

I’ve always wanted to ask Maggie May to bring me another beer
I’d like to get away with saying “Girl Take It Easy” to “Maggie Mae” without talking to the hand
I was trying to remember the Motown song they did one of the times I saw them – I’m guessing it was “Same Old Song”, so I’ll go with that.
Stoked to be in DC for this night(from SoCal). Would love to see Without You. Sick drumming.
