In February, Brazilian drag queen Pabllo Vittar released NOITADA, a new album, via Mataderos. She’s on tour now, and she visited The Fillmore Silver Spring recently to perform music from across her five studio albums and more.

At The Fillmore Silver Spring on Sept. 20, Pabllo Vittar performed a few tracks form NOITADA live, but she really sourced selections from across her career in the concert. She performed “Ameianoite” early in the show and “Penetra” later in the concert.

Pabllo Vittar started her music career in earnest in 2017 wit the release of her full-length debut album, Vai Passar Mal. But she first became known to many fans of dance music thanks to her collaboration that same year with Major Lazer — “Sua Cara.” The crowd at The Fillmore Silver Spring was pleased to see the addition of the Major Lazer collab to Pabllo Vittar’s setlist on Sept. 20!
