Jane Remover brought a brilliant, high-energy performance to the 9:30 Club on Sept. 23, with Dazegxd opening the sold-out Washington, DC, stop on her Live Exhibit Tour.
Touring in support of her 2025 album, Revengeseekerz, Jane delivered a relentless mix of hyperpop, electronica, noise, dance music, and rap that kept the crowd moving throughout the night.
Jane Remover first gained attention with the 2021 EP Teen Week, which included the standout track “Homeswitcher.” Later that year, she released her debut studio album, Frailty, followed by Census Designated in 2023 and Revengeseekerz in 2025.
She also has released music under other aliases, including leroy and venturing, with her prolific output under the leroy name becoming closely associated with the dariacore style.
That sprawling musical history was on display at the 9:30 Club.
The venue was packed, with little standing room remaining by the time the show got underway. Fans screamed, danced, and pumped their fists through a marathon evening that offered few opportunities to catch a breath.
Dazegxd kicked things off with a dynamic DJ set, immediately getting the crowd moving before Jane took the stage about 45 minutes later.
Jane opened with an explosive run through “Twice Removed,” “Beauty Sleep,” and “Psychoboost,” establishing the pace for the rest of the show.

Soon, Jane reached into her catalog of alternate identities with “Music Baby,” originally released under the leroy name. More leroy material surfaced throughout the night, along with songs from her venturing project, giving the set an expansive feel that stretched well beyond Jane Remover’s main discography.
Jane did not spend much time talking between songs, but she hardly needed to. Her enthusiasm was evident, and she quickly established a strong connection with an audience that enthusiastically embraced every stylistic turn.
Near the midpoint of the show, Jane delivered a cover of Zendaya’s “Replay,” a playful surprise that drew a huge response from the crowd.
Among the evening’s biggest highlights were “Homeswitcher,” one of Jane’s most enduring early songs, and the explosive “JRJRJR.” Both landed with tremendous force inside the packed club.
The show ended in grand fashion with “Dancing With Your Eyes Closed,” providing a fitting conclusion to a performance that had barely let up from the moment the music started.
