DC alt-rocker Cat Janice performs in a free outdoor show at Jammin’ Java on Friday, Sept. 18.

Although the show is free, Cat is appearing as a show in the Jammin’ Java series A Song and A Slice, which benefits charity’s of the artists choice. Jammin’ Java accepts donations for BYP100, chose by Cat, during the show.

Cat Janice is inspired by ladies like Alice Merton, Lady Gaga, and a hint of Amy Winehouse to create a lively, driving sound. Cat has been featured on Country Music Television’s popular TV show “Redneck Island” for her song “Fire” in March, 2016.

Please join Jammin’ Java for its outdoor concerts this summer, and help support some great causes! These are suggested donation shows, each benefitting a different cause chosen by the artist. The donations as well as $1 from every beer sold will go to those causes.

This series is here to celebrate the opening of Union Pie at Jammin’ Java, the venue’s newest pizza shop! Enjoy thin-crust pizza, loaded fries, salads, drinks, and cocktails in outdoor seating and limited-capacity indoor seating. Jammin’ Java serves food and drinks through the show.

Please wear a mask at all times to respect the distance to the people around you.
