Keller Williams continued a series of shows in homage to The Grateful Dead and Tom Petty with a recent appearance at The Barns at Wolf Trap. Steve Satzberg was there to photograph the show!
On March 1, Keller Williams, a native of Fredericksburg, Virginia, plays regularly in the DMV, and folks flocked to Wolf Trap to catch his show at The Barns. He played two sets — one set solo and the second set with a band.
Keller’s set included standards by The Grateful Dead including “Brokedown Palace” and “Scarlet Begonias.”

Also known for his bluegrass and folk originals, Keller Williams released his most recent album, Deer, last fall. Said Keller of the eight-track album, “Deer came out of nowhere and charged my lights. Next thing you know, everything changed. Songs appeared then were recorded. I’m super proud of this one. Please enjoy.”
Keller is on the road a lot, and he’s a prolific songwriting machine, so expect to hear more from him soon!
