The Nashville-based, Alabama-raised band WILLIS have developed a sound that “makes you reminisce on the best days with the best people” (Billboard) or that feels like “the old neighborhood you grew up in…but never stuck in the past,” as bassist Murphy Billings puts it.

In January, WILLIS returned with Locals 5 — a new chapter in their “Locals Only” series — which expands their signature sound through influences as wide-ranging as Mac DeMarco, Martin Lawrence, and their Muscle Shoals roots. Not long ago, the band shared “Twist Of Fate” from Locals 5 — which you can check out a performance video of below. It was taped live from a local boxing ring; an ode to WWE wrestling legends The Hardy Boyz, and their signature move of the same name.
