Jewel Kilcher visits the Lincoln Theatre for her Handmade Holiday Tour on Thursday, Dec. 6.
On the tour, Jewel will perform holiday classics, her own holiday songs, and her personal hits, includig “Who Will Save Your Soul,” “You Were Meant for Me,” and “Foolish Games. The Alaskan singer-songwriter has a deep catalog of 12 albums, including two Christmas records, dating back to her 1995 debut, Pieces of You. At the Lincoln Theatre, Jewel will appear with her family members Atz, Atz Lee, and Nikos Kilcher from the Discovery Channel series Alaska: The Last Frontier.
“I am so honored to share some of the traditions I was raised with in Alaska on our family homestead,” Jewel said. “Building memories by sharing handmade moments. Creating unique gifts and sharing songs is a Kilcher family tradition we can’t wait to share with others on this tour. “

In a review of Jewel’s Let It Snow: A Holiday Collection for AllMusic, Stephen Thomas Erlwine highlights Jewel’s sincerity in her Christmas sentiments. Jewel delivers “satisfyingly sweet versions of melodies embedded in our subconscious,” Stephen wrote.
