Abby Anderson, one of Nashville’s rising young stars, gave a performance at The Anthem recently, providing the middle set on a bill headlined by Rob Thomas and his Chip Tooth Tour. Singer-songwriter, Chris Trapper opened the evening with a 45-minute acoustic set.
Parklife DC had the opportunity to interview Abby a few days prior to her performance at The Anthem. We covered the fact that she graduated high school early to get a head start in launching her music career in Nashville, how she scored her first record contract, and what she’s learning by touring with Rob Thomas for 44 shows this summer.
