Daniel Caesar’s Case Study 01: Tour breezed through a sold-out Echostage recently with up and coming Reggae artist Koffee warming up the crowd. Daniel and his band performed songs from his newest album also titled “Case Study 01” that released at the top of the summer.

Opening up with “Cyanide” on Sept. 24, Daniel dedicated the majority of the show to the new album, as he performed nearly every song from the 10 track LP. He also mixed in songs off of his older EP’s such as “Death & Taxes,” “Violet,” and “Little Rowboat” along with hits from his 2017 debut album Freudian, including “We Find Love” and his breakout single “Get You.”

Daniel switched back and forth between electric and an acoustic guitars throughout the night as he and the crowd sang back and forth to each other, ending the first part of his set with the duet “Best Part” that features H.E.R. on the album.

Check out the official music video for “Best Part” by Daniel Caesar featuring H.E.R. on YouTube:

A few minutes after closing out the show, Daniel returned to the stage for an encore and performed four or five more songs, finishing up the night with “Japanese Denim” while strumming his acoustic guitar.
