In August, The Front Bottoms released In Sickness & In Flames, the band’s fifth full-length studio album. Now, guitarist Brian Sella and drummer Mat Uychich are playing socially distanced drive-in shows, with a date at the Frederick Fairgrounds on Wednesday, Oct. 28, presented by Baltimore Soundstage!
The latest 12-song record, produced by Mike Sapone, follows The Front Bottom’s Going Grey, released in 2017.
Said The Front Bottoms, “When you listen to this, we definitely want you to feel the anxiety. There are some pretty rock and roll songs and heavy moments on In Sickness & In Flames. We hope the tension comes across. We went through all of these unbelievable life changes, and then all of these insane things happened in the world. If you get anything out of it, we want it to be that creativity can basically solve any problem and will save us.”

From the promotors:
The safety of our guests, staff, and artists is our number one priority. Not only are we complying with the most current health and safety standards per local jurisdictions and state regulations in order to protect everyone involved, we’ve added several enhanced safety measures to ensure everyone remains safe and comfortable. In order for us to bring live music to you now and in the future, we are instituting the following safety measures. This social experiment will only work if everyone participates and follows every safety guideline.
