The year 2018 brought me great experiences. As my first year of photoblogging comes to an end, I had the great pleasure of attending some amazing shows in DC. I want to give a huge thanks to Parklife DC for entrusting me and giving me that opportunity. I will forever be eternally grateful! Here are my Top 10 concerts of 2018.

Straight from Chicago, Post Animal brought psychedelic sound with tons of heavy metal influences and hints of pop to Union Stage on Saturday. When I Think of You in a Castle, their debut album published on April 20 by Polyvinyl Records, is one of those albums that you can listen to without skipping a track.

Post Animal, a psych-rock five-piece from Chicago, recently released When I Think of You in a Castle, their debut full-length record, via Polyvinyl Records. The guys perform at Union Stage in support of that album on Saturday, June 2.

Chicago garage rockers Twin Peaks are hitting a peak this year with the release of a live album, Urbs in Horto, released digitally March 31 and due physically on May 5 via Grand Jury. Twin Peaks are sweeping the nation with a concert date locally at 9:30 Club on Tuesday, May 9. You can win a pair of tickets to go see them, courtesy Parklife DC.
