If you want to rock in the 2020s, Sebastian Bach should be on any music lover’s concert list. Bach and band put on an excellent hard-driving, metal, rock and roll show recently at Tally Ho in Leesburg, Virginia, to a sold-out crowd during their 2026 North America Tour, titled The Party Never Ends.
This was not Bach’s first time at Tally Ho and probably will not be his last as it has become one of the premier metal band stops on the east coast over the last several years. On this occasion, it was even more special for Bach and fans as Bach’s son, Paris Bierk played drums during the show on March 27.
Furthermore, it was previously announced that Bach will fill in for Dee Snider and front Twisted Sister for their upcoming 50th Anniversary shows later this year.
Before Bach performed, the LA band Blaze Francisco opened the show with a blistering set of alternative, metal, and rock offerings that have created a sound that has become a staple of the LA music scene. Alex Weiss, the lead singer of Blaze, does a great job on vocals and leading the band through their highly energized set. The band is also made up of guitarist Liza Light, Jessica Goodwin on drums, and Philip Nielsen on bass. The band played an outstanding set before relinquishing the stage to the night’s second opener, Stitched Up Heart.
Stitched Up Heart went on next playing a great set of hard metal rock fronted by lead singer and band founder Alecia Demner. The band also consists of Merritt Goodwin on lead guitar, Randy Mathias on bass, and Delaney Jaster on drums. The band is on a roll having opened previously for bands such as Halestorm and Steel Panther. Demner is one of the premier female metal singers touring at this time.

Bach went on a little past 9pm and put on a great exhibition of metal and rock music much to the fans’ delight. Bach and band rocked hard but had fun throughout the evening engaging with the fans musically, and at one point Bach handed out bottles of water to audience members looking dehydrated.
Bach’s vocals were outstanding throughout the show and this tour will help him prepare for the upcoming Twisted Sister tour.
With the third song of the set, Bach told the fans to get louder as he was ready to rock. At 57 years of age, Bach can still rock with anyone and came on stage fully ready to deliver a knockout punch from the first song on to the end of the show. Bach had fun throughout the set asking his bass player if this was his first time to play Leesburg.
Bach played the Skid Row staples “18 and Life” and “I Remember You” to huge fan support and applause. Bach was very happy to have his son Paris playing with him on this tour and was also thankful to the Leesburg crowd for all the years he has played at Tally Ho. Tally Ho has become a routine stop for Bach over the many years of touring.
Bach played approximately 10 Skid Row songs during the evening, much to the delight of those in attendance.

Bach was also very reflective talking about the great 1980s, when some of the great Skid Row songs were written and his son was born in 1988 — and there is the slightest chance that this discussion allowed many in attendance to reflect back to our youth in which the 80s were arguably the most important decade for some of us.
Bach emphasized what he missed most about the 80s was nobody talked about politics, and they use to talk about drinking beer, putting on some Motley Crue and playing frisbee. For a few minutes during the show Bach actually led the audience in throwing the frisbee around as he rocked out on stage.
Near the end of the show, Bach told the audience this show was dedicated to the Spaceman (Ace Frehley) just as every show is and the memory of Vinny Paul from Pantera.
Before finishing the show, Bach belted out a great version of Twisted Sister’s “I Wanna Rock” in what is a great preview of what is to come later. For Skid Row fans this is a must-see tour as Bach plays predominantly a Skid Row set, and is pushing himself on stage getting prepared for the much-anticipated Twisted Sister tour.
