With an opening machine gun of a riff, Tremonti started the night with “Cauterize,” the title track off of their 2015 album. The band, created by and named after lead singer and guitarist, Mark Tremonti, brought their brand of melodic, yet aggressive heavy metal back to Rams Head Live in Baltimore this past Sunday to open Sevendust.

Rams Head Live in Baltimore came alive this past Tuesday night as Tremonti rocked the venue along with headlining performance by Seether.  It was a full house at Rams Head and it was clear that a lot of people were interested in seeing Tremonti perform!

Snapshots: Anthrax @ The Fillmore Silver Spring — 7/30/18

In 2016, Anthrax celebrated 35 years as a band, and released For All Kings, their 11th studio album, via Megaforce/Nuclear Blast. The album debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Hard Rock Chart, and #9 on the Top 200, becoming Anthrax’s highest-charting album in more than two decades.

Blasting out of that commercial success, Anthrax have been touring hard for the past two years, recently opening the farewell tour for their metal comrades in Slayer, and now doing the same for Lamb of God. Anthrax lit up The Fillmore Silver Spring on Monday in their tour with Lamb of God, and Paivi shot the show.

Slayer recently said goodbye in a farewell tour at Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, Virginia, and the thrash metal legends brought along friends — including Anthrax, Behemoth, and Lamb of God — to rock the night away with them. Ben Eisendrath was there to photograph hair and fingers flying as the four bands kicked ass on their guitars.
